So, in my last blog, I kinda spilled the beans that I know the Forces of Good and the Forces of Evil. To answer some of the questions that I’ve been getting, yes, I do know them and we’ve been acquainted for some time now.
I went to this very exclusive high school named, “The Academy for Philosophical Concepts and Beliefs”, where I was what’s known as a “quota filler”. Apparently, they had to have an actual person enrolled to keep their charter open and to be able to compete in athletic and scholastic events. It was a very interesting place to go to school to say the least. That’s where I first met the Forces of Good and the Forces of Evil. I also hung out with Karma and Free Will a lot.
At the school, there were basically two cliques that everyone belonged to. Free Will’s clique and Destiny’s clique. I kinda hung out with Free Will’s clique the most because he seemed like the coolest person to eat lunch with.
Free Will was the most popular kid at school. He never judged anyone and was always supportive of their choices. He was the guy that always stood by you and you never had to guess as to whether or not he had your back. If you made one choice, he supported you. If you made a different choice, he still supported you. He was also the captain of the debate team and hardly ever lost. He had this knack for always empathizing with and understanding his opponent’s views and that was the main way he disarmed their arguments. His catch phrase was, “It’s up to you”.
I had a total crush on Karma, even though she was kinda in Destiny’s clique. She was so hot and exotic looking. She was voted, “Most likely to cause a conversion” just based on looks alone. Not only was she hot, but she had the “Do onto others as you would have them do onto you” idea down pat, which is cool. That’s why she was able to float from one clique to the other without any repercussions. She was very sweet too, but she did have a bit of a mean streak. Basically, if you fucked with her, she fucked with you. If you were cool to her, she was cool to you.
The Forces of Evil was in detention or the principle’s office most of the time, but when he was out, he could be a lot of fun to hang with. He was the one that would hang in the parking lot before class drinking a 40 and smoking a pack of Kools that he stole from the local Quick Mart. Despite his total lack of respect for any form of authority, he was actually voted, “Most likely to run for political office”. Irony got the biggest kick out of that one. The Forces of Evil was also the biggest practical joker at the school. The thing was, most of the time, when people laughed at his pranks, he just got more pissed off. Like I said before, that dude has some issues.
The Forces of Good was the one that spent most of his time helping people out with their homework and was part of the peer tutoring club. There wasn’t a favor asked of him that he would turn down. Good was kinda like my conscience at school. He always tried to point me in the right direction and gave the best advice. It wasn’t always the advice I wanted to hear, but I knew his intentions were always pure. He and Evil kinda stayed to themselves for the most part. Mostly because one couldn’t exist without the other.
Those are pretty much the people I hung out with at school. Like I said, Destiny was there, but we never really got along to well. Mostly because he kept on saying shit like, “Deny me all you want, I’ll never go away”. He kinda had this attitude where it didn’t matter what anyone said or thought, he was going to do whatever he wanted to anyways. Nihilism was there, but he didn’t show up a lot. He basically would go off into rants about how, “Nothing matters anyways” in that strong Russian accent of his. If this were a normal high school, Nihilism would have been the leader of the Goth kids. There were other students there as well, but I’ll get into that in another blog.
So, that’s how I first met and befriended the Forces of Good and the Forces of Evil, along with Karma and Free Will. As I said in my last blog, we all keep in touch via E-mail and occasionally get together for some Texas Hold ‘Em poker. It’s fun to get together with them from time to time, but it usually winds up in a huge argument. I guess that’s what friends are for though, right?

I loved this blog!
Sheesh. Sounds better than my highschool. Cleverpants. Hah!
Dude, can you hand me the bong? Man I used to write some zany shit like this. You’ve inspired me again.
Samone- You know what? I just asked this blog if it liked you, you know like like you, and guess what? I didn’t answer cuz it’s just a bunch of words.
Vanessa- Cleverpants. I’ll never get tired of you calling me that. HA!
Stiletto- Honestly, I’m just naturally zany. If I were to write something high, it would just be me typing out, “boobies, doritos, boobies, doritos” over and over again.
Very nice!!
